BRIDGE OF ISABEL II
THIS BRIDGE WAS CONSTRUCTED SHORTLY BEFORE 1857 BY THE LAY BROTHER MATIAS CARBONELL, A.R. (1806–1861), OVERSEER OF THE HACIENDA DE IMUS. A SILVER MEDAL WAS AWARDED THE BUILDER BY DON RAMON MONTERO, GOVERNOR GENERAL OF THE PHILIPPINES.
